Deliveries & Returns

PATSPATS INTERNACIONAL S.L. website delivers to all European countries and Australia. For additional Rest of the World enquiries, please, contact us at international@patspats.com 

We ship all orders made for European countries (incl. Canary Islands) with express and standard services. We also ship orders to Australia and New Zealand with express service.

Important

  • Orders placed from Monday till Thursday before 12.00pm (Madrid time - CET), will be shipped on the same day.
  • Orders placed on Thursdays after 12pm (Madrid time - CET) and from Friday till Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Pompom and leaf with pompom designs: all our designs are made on demand. Once the order has been placed, allow additional 4 days for this item to be customized. This applies for single, double, triple pompoms earrings as well as leaves with pompom and customized designs.

 

SHIPPING COSTS & TIMINGS:

Spain, except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

  • Express national (1-2 business days): 13,00€
  • Standard national (2-3 business days): 12,50€

Canary Islands: orders made to the Canary Islands will be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges in a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. 

  • Express national (2-4 business days): 25,00€
  • Standard national (3-5 business days): 22,00€

Ceuta and Melilla:

  • Standard national (2-3 business days): 30,50€

European Union

  • Express international (1-2 business days): 43,00€
  • Standard international: 12,50€

Australia and New Zealand: orders made to Australia and New Zealand will be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges in a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. 

  • Express international (5-7 business days): 73,00€

DELIVERY POLICY TO THE CANARY ISLANDS & AUSTRALIA

Orders made to the Canary Islands and Australia will be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges in a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. ID number of the person receiving the parcel will be required prior to the shipping of the order.

PATSPATS INTERNACIONAL S.L. has no control over these charges and we cannot advance you what the costs would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely.

It may be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before your order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

PATSPATS INTERNACIONAL S.L. will not be responsible for handling fees and/or customs charges in any event.

 

RETURN POLICY

Please, carefully check your items once they have arrived.

PATSPATS INTERNACIONAL S.L. does not accept returns of earrings with ear post and/or clip with ear post for hygiene reasons.

If your PATSPATS INTERNACIONAL S.L. online purchase (only earrings with single clip, necklaces and bracelets) does not meet your expectations, you may return your items within 14 business days after delivery, for a refund or an exchange under the following conditions:

  • Order invoice of the item is required for its return.
  • We do not accept exchanges or returns of earrings.
  • We only accept returns and/or exchanges of items bought in this website. We will not accept returns and/or exchanges on purchases made on PAT'S JEWELRY UK website, retail shops, and/or pop-up shops.
  • We do not accept exchanges or returns of worn/used items.
  • Items must be returned in the original condition. 
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Please, note that you are responsible for the return and delivery charges of your items, so tracked and insured delivery is highly recommended. 

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

To receive an exchange, please, return your item via post (delivery charges are non-refundable) with the online invoice for an alternative item of the same value, unless the client wants to pay additional cost for a more expensive item, within 14 business days after delivery.

Please, note that you are responsible for the return and delivery charges of your items, so tracked and insured delivery is highly recommended.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty/damaged item, please, email us at international@patspats.com stating your order number and faulty item. These may be accepted at the discretion of PATSPATS INTERNACIONAL S.L..
