Warranty & Care Instructions

The quality of PATSPATS S.L. craftsmanship is second to none. All our designs are handmade and hand painted on demand, and we carry limited units of each item. Therefore, we can guarantee possible repair and replacements with 3 months of the purchase.

If any of these parts fail within the warranty period, please, contact PATSPATS INTENACIONAL S.L. at international@patspats.com, including your online order invoice and photos of the damaged item. We will analyze the damage and will contact you back regarding the possible repair and/or replacement. If approved by PATSPATS INTERNACIONAL S.L. , the repair or replacement will be made free of charge. 

PATSPATS INTERNACIONAL S.L..will not accept damaged items as a result of exposing the jewelry to water or high temperatures, as well as perfumes creams or make-up.

Please, note that you are responsible for the return and delivery charges of your items, so tracked and insured delivery is highly recommended.







We highly recommend not exposing the jewelry to water or high temperatures. Also, perfumes, creams and make-up will damage the colour of the jewelry, specially, brass and gold plated pieces.  
Keep your jewelry in individual bags or boxes to avoid tangles and scratches.
To maintain your jewelry in perfect conditions and clean, silver or brass cleaning cloths are highly recommended. Please, do not use paper or other cleaning solutions.
